    Understanding the Workflow

picAId follows a simple 3-step workflow: Upload your photos, let AI analyze them to detect room types and objects, then review and customize settings before editing. Analysis is free and helps the AI understand how to approach its editing plan.

    • Analysis is completely FREE - no tokens required
    • Wait for analysis to complete before editing for best results
    • You can edit settings for individual photos or apply changes to all
    • You don’t have to wait around and can come back later to continue after analyzing is finished

    • Upload and analysis are always FREE
    • Each edit operation (Edit, Stage, Empty, Twilight, etc.) costs 50 tokens
    • Remakes cost only 25 tokens but are limited to 3 per image

    Viewing Edited Photos on Mobile

After your first edited photo appears on a phone, picAid may expand the photos and hide the editing controls so you can review the full images. Tap the arrow handle beside any photo to show the controls again. The handle changes all eligible photos in the set together.

    • Tap the arrow handle to show or hide the image controls
    • Swipe the handle left to show controls or right to hide them
    • Showing controls gives you access to Mode, Settings, Straighten, Remake, and Download
    • Hiding the controls closes any open settings panels
    • You can still scroll through the full, uncropped photos while controls are hidden
